Removing a Widget from the Workarea

When you need to remove a widget from use, follow these steps:

1. Delete the widget’s files from the site root/widgets folder.
2. Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Personalizations > Widgets and click Synchronize ().

The widget is removed from the list of widgets, and from the Dashboard of any users and community groups.
